Our company prefers employing graduate and PhD students, postdoctoral fellows and freshly graduated chemists, pharmacists or biologists, who love and understand the analytical chemistry and toxicology. The chiefs of the company, as university lecturers, are able to select the best students of the classes for the need of the company. The students and professionals employed longer than 3 months give assistance in the education tasks of the departments (2 hours per week). The employed students will get expertise in analysis and toxicology, and, additionally, they can often insert the results of their work done in the company into their diploma or PhD thesis.
The majority of our staff is employed for shorter periods, fitting the actual demands of the company, which is one of the sources of the cost-effective operation of the company. But even this short period of employment can make the students more valuable later at the job market.
